Unsustainable Foods

Cibi sostenibiliA food is defined sustainable according to two principles:
1. When to produce it there is a low consumption of land consumption, water resources, low emission of greenhouse gases, protection of biodiversity, etc .;
2. When human rights are respected in order to produce it, food wholesomeness and food respect the culture and food traditions of that people.
The production of sustainable food is therefore a principle, as well as ethical, also cultural, scientific, technological that involves political society and a new philosophical and scientific vision of life.
