Cattle

This section is dedicated to the Cattle (Bovinae Gray, 1821) which is a subfamily belonging to the Bovidae family. Among the cattle we include various species, often fundamental for the agricultural economies of the countries where they live. Cattle are widespread throughout the world, both as a native area, and imported by humans for commercial purposes.
In this section the various species and races will be indicated, with particular reference to the systematic classification, to their geographical distribution and to the habitat where they can live, to their morphology, to the attitude and to the ecological and productive role.
